More Vanilla Tools v1.7.0

BREEZE TOOLS REBUILT - every tool now has its own wind ability:

- Sword: gust on hit (knockback + slow falling + weakness) and a wind

dash on use.

- All tools: launch a traveling wind wave (10 blocks) with a charge-up

animation, arm swing and custom wind-streak particles. The wave breaks

only what each tool is meant for:

- Pickaxe: stone, deepslate, ores.

- Shovel: dirt, sand, gravel, clay, snow, mud and other soft ground.

- Axe: logs, wood and leaves (use on doors/gates to toggle them with a

gust; chop log columns).

- Hoe: the breeze tills soil into farmland, plants seeds from your

inventory and harvests ripe crops on its path.
