Script-driven durability loss now respects the vanilla Unbreaking enchantment.

This applies to durable Useful Slime tools/equipment that use the shared scripted durability helper.

Synchronized the Slime Grappler's script cooldown with its item cooldown: 22 ticks / 1.1 seconds, previously 20 ticks.
