Runtime Stability

• Expired entity/ability cooldown entries are now pruned every 200 ticks.

• Previously, cooldown keys accumulated until the map exceeded 9000 entries, at which point every cooldown was cleared at once.

• The new cleanup prevents stale cooldown buildup and avoids an eventual global cooldown reset on very long-running worlds.
