Charged-State Item Preservation

Custom crossbow names now survive the conversion between unloaded and charged item variants.

Custom lore is also copied when the crossbow changes charged state.

Durability and enchantments continue to be preserved as before.

This prevents an anvil-renamed or lore-customized crossbow from losing its personalization when loaded or fired.
