Synchronized the actual AFK activation delay with the add-on's documented behavior: 12 seconds → 15 seconds.

Reused one player list per update tick instead of calling
world.getAllPlayers()repeatedly while cleaning stale camera state. -
This slightly reduces per-tick overhead, especially on multiplayer worlds.
