Axe Durability Fix

Optional Tree Capitator axe durability damage now respects the vanilla Unbreaking enchantment.

The durability point is rolled against the held axe's Unbreaking level before being consumed.

Fixed the final durability point not explicitly breaking/removing the axe.

When the final durability point is consumed, the axe is removed from the main hand and the normal break sound is played.
