Fixed a real Behavior Pack localization omission:
item.qol.harvest_bell.nameexisted in the Resource Pack but was missing from all 29 Behavior Pack language files. -
Behavior Pack and Resource Pack now both expose 13 localization keys in every locale.

Reworked all 29 Resource Pack descriptions so they identify the RP's visual/localization role instead of repeating the gameplay description.

Normalized item-name capitalization in Italian, Brazilian Portuguese, and Turkish.
